Financial Services Specialist

As the successful applicant you will:
- Have previous sales experience
- Previous automotive experience is considered an asset
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have superior customer service skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be extremely organized
In this exciting role, you will:
- Ensure all necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist
- Present and sell warranties, insurance and other beneficial products to customers
- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
- Maintains confidentiality of customer information (as per Canadian Privacy Act)
- Emphasizes product/service features and benefits, quotes prices, discusses credit terms, and prepares sales order forms and/or reports
- Maintains accurate records including sales reports, billing invoices, and other documentation
- Provides financial information regarding lease and finance rates
- Ensures supporting documentation needed for programs is obtained and kept on file
- Maintains customer satisfaction at a very high level
