**About This Role**

**Leading Business Critical Process Optimization/Development**
- Coordination and facilitation of workshops with cross functional, geographically dispersed stakeholders
- Development of business processes maps
- Analysing processes to identify breakdowns or areas of improvement
- Developing plans to affect process improvements or close gaps
- Working with the various stakeholders to drive the implementation of those plans
- Drafting/modifying process documentation
- Establishing an appropriate level of governance to ensure expected benefits have been realized
- Creation of the scripts needed to extract, load and transform the data in preparation for consumption

**Developing effective data visualizations to support data driven decision making and effective governance.**
- Work with stakeholders to collect and document visualization requirements
- Development and implementation of BI reports meeting visualization requirements
- Update and maintenance of BI reports

**Other Job Related Skills/Background**
- Corporate experience in project management, report development and performance reporting or a combination of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience/exposure to project management and continuous improvement best practices
- Experience managing cross functional, geographically dispersed team
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data structures
- Strong visual design skills used in creating reports and dashboards
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
- Efficiency with problem solving
- Strong analytical skills
- A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
- An ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player, deadline and results-driven, performance-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously
