The opportunity

CWB is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Agent. What you’ll be doing- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and asking open-ended discovery questions to ensure their financial goals are met.- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.- Conduct detailed portfolio reviews and explorations with clients to align their financial needs with Motives services.- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to optimize retail administration and adhere to regulatory requirements.- Support the team through peer-to-peer mentoring, operational improvement initiatives, and assisting with tasks outside of the normal scope when required.- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures to optimize the effectiveness of Motive's retail administration and align with regulatory requirements in all areas of retail banking and operations.

Successful incumbent- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.- Minimum of two years of sales, business development, and market experience.- Banking experience and familiarity with call center environments are considered assets.
