Job Summary

This exciting opportunity calls on your exceptional sales and service skills to maximize each client interaction. As a key representative of the Royal Bank of Canada, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class client experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs, provide expert advice, and identify sales opportunities
  • Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales
  • Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs and preferences
  • Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to make the most of business opportunities and referrals
Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service, as well as success in a target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
  • Ability to work all business hours
