The **LTL Implementation Specialist** is the key stakeholder on the LTL side of the business when it comes to Change Management in the LTL Division. This individual is responsible for taking ownership of our project management procedures and the initiatives put into their pipeline, both during and after the development stages.

The goal of the LTL Implementation Specialist will be to deliver desired results through successful implementation of new tools and processes into day-to-day business practice. This can include but is not limited to: adoption of industry trends, implementation of existing projects, development of new projects, on the floor support, training, and coaching of team members on best practices. It could also include creating or restructuring of reports along with other tools to support in the successful implementation of an initiative.

**Specific Responsibilities include**:

- Implementation/Adoption - Increase adoption of new and existing initiatives within the department by setting up clear targets and expectations.
- Business Improvement - Review existing processes for opportunity and implement new or improved process within the department.
- Resource Development - Develop SOP’s and other coaching materials to support in the outcome and sustainability of initiatives.
- Coaching/Training - Be a training resource on the floor to support in the training and coaching of transactional staff with regards to the initiatives or process being implemented.
- Transactional Work - This individual is expected to be engaged in transactional work and support regions when down capacity with a heightened expectation around support during surge periods.
- Post-secondary education with a focus on any combination of Business Analysis, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management Information Systems (MIS) or demonstrated experience.
- +2 years’ experience in project management, business process management, or business analysis experience considered to be an asset.
- Implementation/Adoption - Increase adoption of new and existing initiatives within the department by setting up clear targets and expectations.
- Business Improvement - Review existing processes for opportunity and implement new or improved process within the department.
- Resource Development - Develop SOP’s and other coaching materials to support in the outcome and sustainability of initiatives.

- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is preferred (experience or education).
