Responsabilités

Reporting to Manager, IT Services center, the IT technician will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Prepare and install various IT equipment
- Ensure quality IT support to the internal users
- Report breakdowns and breakage of computer tools
- Manage the inventory and local equipment
- Collaborate with the internal team in problem solving and suggest efficient solutions to ensure the optimal functioning of IT services
- Participate in technological projects
- Use ticket management system

exigences : - College diploma in IT - Previous experience in IT supporting services and experience with ticket management systems - Must be available for emergency calls, depending on operational needs, outside regular business hours - Must be able to move from different project sites and offices to install IT equipment - Great communication skills and bilingual (French and English) - Great knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 profil recherché : - Great customer service - Adaptability and autonomy - Ability to manage priorities - Organized and structured - Ability to manage stressful situation
