Customer Service Liaison

Renfrew Chrysler is currently looking for a qualified Service Liaison to our team. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Greetings the customer, taking over the vehicle and checking the quality and accuracy of the customer and vehicle data (VIN, mileage, instrument cluster messages)
- Complete outbound phone calls for service reminders and campaigns.
- Schedule service appointments in an organized manner.
- Organize shop load and schedules to optimize work efficiency.
- Provide knowledgeable and credible information to customers.
- Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs.
- Support the Service Advisor staff in the Drive Thru with logistics, managing customer expectations and any other tasks as required.
- Assist Service Advisors with service consultations and gain understanding of how to accurately recommend and quote maintenance, diagnosis and repairs.
- Assist Service Advisors in generating repair orders efficiently based on customer workflow and appointments.
- Correspond with technicians and parts advisors when providing estimates.
- Defining & explaining the estimate time& cost to be expected
- Maintain consistent contact with customers while their vehicle is in for service.
- Review mechanical inspections and invoices with the customer at pick up to ensure transparency about related information.
- Ensuring the customer’s vehicle is in order, conveniently parked and properly cleaned
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry is a must
- Experience with ERA-IGNITE DMS Autopoint (MPI)
- One year of service advisor or service appointment coordinator experience considered an asset.
- Ability to be self-motivated and complete tasks in a timely manner.
