**Your Role as an Administrative Assistant**

As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our organization’s operations to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. You’ll provide vital administrative support and coordination to promote smooth functioning. With your attention to detail and dedication, you’ll contribute to maintaining our high standards and fostering a positive environment for our tenants and community.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Handling service requests with efficiency and attentiveness.
- Maintaining meticulous electronic records of service requests.
- Ensuring smooth operation of office equipment and systems.
- Safeguarding confidential filing systems with utmost care.
- Serving as the welcoming face for tenants and visitors, extending kindness in every interaction.
- Providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, demonstrating genuine concern and empathy.
- Collaborating with the Community Life Coordinator to promote tenant programs and services.
- Coordinating move-in and move-out processes with finesse and professionalism.
- Conducting thorough inspections of suites to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Assisting in annual site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Ensuring timely delivery of tenant information with thoughtfulness and professionalism.
- Communicate with tenants and stakeholders regarding eviction, late rent and notice of entry.
- Collecting rent payments with a friendly demeanor and willingness to assist.
- Reporting defaults in rent payments with empathy and understanding.
- Checking references for potential move-ins, welcoming new tenants with kindness.
- Reporting disputes, complaints, or concerns from tenants to management.
- Maintain relationships with community stakeholders (i.e., emergency Services, SHA Services and Ministry of Social Services).
- Coordinate parking regulations with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Approaching all tasks with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Embracing additional duties as assigned with a positive attitude and willingness to help.

**What You'll Need**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12)
- Certification in office administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.46-$29.48 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
