**Position Overview**:
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient operations across its global network. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the IT Manager will lead the IT team, manage technology systems, and ensure that all IT initiatives align with the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving technological innovation and supporting a rapidly growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**:
Manage the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems, to ensure they are secure, reliable, and scalable to support the company's global operations.
- **Network and Security**:
Implement and oversee security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and data encryption, to protect company assets and ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- **Team Leadership and Collaboration**:
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely support for internal staff. Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with broader company goals.
- **Vendor Management**:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services, negotiating contracts, and evaluating new technologies to drive cost-effective solutions.
- **Systems Support and Maintenance**:

- **Cloud and E-commerce Integration**:
Manage cloud-based services and e-commerce platform integrations to ensure seamless online transactions and global customer access to products.
- **IT Project Management**:
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and process improvements. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time.
- **Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity**:
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard company operations in case of technology disruptions or cybersecurity threats.
- **End-User Support**:
Oversee IT support services, ensuring that internal users receive timely assistance with hardware, software, and network issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is an asset)
- 5-7 years of IT management experience with proven leadership skills
- Strong expertise in network management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and business systems (ERP, CRM)
- Familiarity with e-commerce systems, online payment gateways, and global transaction platforms
- Experience in scaling IT infrastructure for a growing business
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments is a plus
