As a Programmatic Media Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing YP.ca programmatic performance campaigns and display advertising at Yellow Pages, including evaluating sales opportunities, defining strategy, implementing the campaign and frequently optimizing it to meet client objectives.

**What our future Programmatic Media Specialist will work on**:

- Campaign Management_
- Determine overall programmatic media strategy based on client's marketing objectives and Yellow Pages product expectations.
- Create and manage programmatic media and display campaigns for multiple clients in different industries, on time and on budget.
- Implement real-time bidding campaigns with appropriate buying and targeting strategies based on contracts (specific audience, channel, retargeting, etc.).
- Evaluate/verify targeting and technical integration needs for each campaign. Integrate campaign tracking components.
- Based on market conditions and trends, determine new opportunities and strategies for the medium and long term.
- Campaign tracking and optimization_
- Actively monitor all campaigns to ensure that they are in line with the advertiser's objectives and within budget and contracted KPIs.
- Interpret campaign performance data, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and proactively implement optimization techniques to ensure client KPIs are met.
- Identify campaign renewal and up-sell opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to client and/or sales on campaign status and performance.
- Assist or lead client call when necessary to discuss performance.
- Product Development and Growth_
- Evaluate potential sales opportunities to provide recommendations on strategy, budget, audiences, campaign type, etc. Participate in sales presentation calls as needed.
- Provide support to sales and marketing on positioning, marketing and business needs related to programmatic media.

**Who would be a good fit for the Media Programmatic Specialist role at Yellow Pages?**
- Required Skills:_
- University degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, display advertising, paid media or other relevant digital marketing experience
- Experience with demand management platforms; experience with data management platforms a plus.
- Knowledge of Google platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work smoothly with all stakeholders and teammates
- Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively about your campaigns or product.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an operational setting, shifting context as needed and dealing with changing workloads and priorities.
