**Position: Dental Administrator**

**Schedule**:

- Full-time
- One evening weekly (7pm)
- One Saturday a month, 8 AM to 2 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules for a busy dental practice, including specialty doctors
- Answer phones and handle patient inquiries
- Provide exceptional patient care during check-in and check-out
- Handle billing and collections efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling, billing, and patient management

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and phone skills
- Energetic and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in computer use
