**Territory Manager**

**FWS Group of Companies is a fully integrated design engineering, construction, and maintenance services firm.** We are advocates of the design-build approach to project development. As our Territory Manager for AB & BC**, **you will facilitate corporate growth through development and cultivation of relationships with existing and new clients, **with the goal of increasing total sales leads and top line revenue for the organization**. You will collaborate with the Business Development team and leadership to ensure a rigorous planning and commitment process.

**Position Overview**:

- **Within a team-based culture, assumes primary accountability for budgeted achievement of gross margin and revenue targets.**:

- Cold calling, prospecting, qualifying, closing and maintaining post sale relationships.
- Prepare action plan for assigned territory or market segment.
- Attend trade shows to cultivate connections and seek new knowledge.
- Communicate new opportunities, new competition, new projects or relevant information to appropriate company channels.
- Represent customer issues at all levels and participates in the project development process to ensure that the proposal is in-line with the customers’ expectations.
- Prepare various status reports.
- Travel will be required.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **A combination of education and 5 years of successful sales experience in B2B is preferred.**:

- Must be results driven, self-motivated and have the ability work with limited supervision.
- Strong **professional communicator that pays attention to detail** and displays a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates strong computer skills and is proficient with** MS Office Suite and customer relationship management tool.**
