**This role is fully remote within Canada.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with tracking shipments, providing delivery updates, and resolving any issues related to their shipments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and sales, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our services and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

**What We Are Looking For**:
Previous experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Experience in project management and/or sales roles
- Exceptional client service mentality
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment
- Familiarity with Zendesk is an asset
- Minimum one year experience preferred
- Experience in warehouse operations is highly valued

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Aider les clients à suivre les envois, fournir des mises à jour de livraison et résoudre les problèmes liés à leurs envois.
- Traiter et résoudre les plaintes des clients, en veillant à offrir une expérience positive.
- Collaborer avec les départements internes, notamment les opérations et les ventes, pour garantir la satisfaction des besoins des clients.
- Maintenir des enregistrements précis des interactions et transactions des clients dans notre système CRM.
- Identifier et escalader les problèmes prioritaires vers les canaux appropriés.
- Améliorer continuellement la connaissance de nos services et des tendances du secteur pour mieux assister les clients.
- Participer à des séances de formation et des réunions d'équipe pour rester informé des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
