Description du poste
Le conseiller ou la conseillère en acquisition de talents sera responsable de l’administration du cycle complet des fonctions de recrutement du début à la fin pour les postes juniors de niveau d’entrée. Ce poste pourra également apporter un soutien et une assistance au service des ressources humaines sur des projets en dehors du domaine du recrutement. Relevant du directrice, Ressources humaines, ce poste fonctionne sous supervision générale.
Responsabilités spécifiques au poste:
- Assurer la mise en place du processus standardisé de recrutement.
- Obtenir l'autorisation appropriée pour commencer le recrutement via le formulaire de demande de recrutement.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour des guides d'entrevue et établir un processus pour les tests préalables à l'emploi.
- Identifier les postes vacants actuels et potentiels.
- Gérer le processus interne d'affichage des postes et participer à la sélection et à la réaffectation des employés à l'interne.
- Recruter des diplômés de collèges, d'universités et d'autres établissements d'enseignement pour les programmes coop/stages et autres programmes d'embauche.
- Conseiller et former les gestionnaires et les employés sur les politiques et procédures de dotation.
- Rechercher et préparer des classifications professionnelles, des descriptions de poste et recommander des salaires pour les postes juniors et intermédiaires afin d'être compétitif sur le marché du travail.
- Peut être assigner sur des Ad hoc projets périodiquement.
**Qualifications**:
- Une formation postsecondaire dans le domaine lié à la gestion des ressources humaines, à l’administration des affaires ou aux relations industrielles.
- 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle antérieure dans un rôle lié aux ressources humaines (de préférence en recrutement).
- Doit être capable de lire, de comprendre et de suivre les instructions de travail de manière sûre, précise et opportune.
- Capacité à gérer et à coordonner plusieurs projets dans un environnement rapide et hautement professionnel.
- Capacité à bien travailler avec les autres et de manière indépendante.
- Compétences éprouvées en gestion du temps et une grande attention aux détails.
- Capable de travailler sous pression.
- Des heures prolongées et des quarts de travail peuvent être nécessaires de temps à autre.
- Il peut être nécessaire de se rendre de temps à autre sur d’autres sites SGS ou chez le client.
- Assurer la conformité avec les politiques de santé et de sécurité, de code d’intégrité et de conduite professionnelle de l’entreprise.
