**Position Summary**

CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a Corporate Construction Coordinator for the office in Burlington.

The Corporate Construction Coordinator will work closely with the National Construction Manager to ensure that all regions effectively manage projects according to corporate policies, completing them on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with branch project managers and construction superintendents to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
- Evaluate ongoing and completed projects to identify open risks and document lessons learned, creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Administer and provide training for the in-house project management tool, ensuring effective usage across all projects.
- Generate and present monthly reports on project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones to branch managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain an up-to-date master construction schedule, regularly reviewing it to ensure alignment with overall goals and deadlines.
- Identify deviations from the master schedule and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.

**Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
- Refrigeration industry knowledge an asset
- Knowledge of construction project management.
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
