Car Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences.

2. Showcase our inventory of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications. (Must be familiar with social media marketing)

3. Conduct test drives with potential buyers to demonstrate vehicle capabilities.

4. Provide accurate pricing information and negotiate terms to close sales.

5. Coordinate with financing and insurance departments to assist customers with the purchasing process.

6. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

7. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record in automotive sales, with at least 2 years of experience.

2. Strong understanding of automotive technology, features, and specifications.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

5. Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

7. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to delivery and aftersales service
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product line to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads and customer information effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure deals and meet sales targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
