As a Lead Setter at PSHS, you'll play a crucial role in our sales process by generating high-quality leads while accompanying our closers on their daily routes. You'll interact with potential clients, identify their needs, and effectively communicate how our products/services can address those needs.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting outbound prospecting activities to generate leads.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales closers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven experience in lead generation or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
