- Role Overview:_

We are looking for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity offers substantial earning potential and opportunities for career advancement. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential customers and setting up appointments for our sales agents as part of our lead generation efforts. This entails making outbound calls to book appointments with hot leads and potential prospects. Meeting the monthly quota of qualified appointments will be a key objective.
- Responsibilities:_

**Lead Generation**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists, databases, or through targeted prospecting.

2. Engage prospects in conversation to identify their needs, pain points, and interest in our products or services.

3. Educate prospects about our offerings, emphasizing key benefits and value propositions.

4. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential as customers.

5. Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team or pass on warm leads for further follow-up.

**Data Management**:
1. Accurately and efficiently record lead information, call details, and outcomes in the CRM system. (Salesforce)

2. Update and maintain prospect data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Follow data management best practices and comply with data protection regulations.

**Collaboration**:
1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and appointments.

2. Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, progress, and challenges.

3. Seek feedback and actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Performance Metrics**:
1. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and objectives.

2. Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and appointment setting.

3. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and the Salesforce Lightning platform (preferred).

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- **Qualifications**:_

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Proven experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or lead generation (preferred).

3. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.

4. Strong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions to uncover needs.

5. Persuasive and confident phone demeanor.

6. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.

7. Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and positively.

8. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using call center software and tools.

9. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

10. Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule**: Fulltime

**Pay**: 18/hour + commission

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
