**At the Badass Babe Squad, we are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision with great attention to detail.
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our Coach's daily administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and team members
- Maintain the Coach's calendar and schedule, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Manage contact lists and organize managers' calendars
- Prepare presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for special projects as needed
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Manage client information and maintain client records
- Assist with payment processing and invoicing
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience as a virtual executive assistant or administrative assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter
- Familiarity with CRM's like Go High Level and Click Up
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with different online softwares and working in the health and fitness industry is a plus
- The position is part-time with the potential to become full-time in the future.
