**Brief Overview**:
The Field Crdinatr prvides verall supprt t the prject and assists the field team with verall prject perfrmance including csts, schedule, quality and prject status.

**Respnsibilities**:

- Creates, maintains, and executes the prject plan and schedule; and ensures cmpliance with budget.
- Create a team atmsphere within prject teams, inclusive f subcntractrs and trade labur.
- Supervises and crdinates all cnstructin activities as directed by the Site Superintendent.
- Creates site specific plans and prcedures; ensures the implementatin f CCM’s Safety Prgram t create a safe wrk envirnment thrughut the jbsite; adheres t the safety and recrd keeping requirements; integrates CCM’s Safety Prgram in all site-specific plans and prcedures t ensure a safe wrk envirnment.
- Ensures prject materials and wrkmanship meet the prject Quality Standards and Design requirements.
- Obtains necessary infrmatin frm engineers, designers, inspectrs, municipal/prvincial authrities and wners.
- Advises the Prject Manager and Site Superintendent f ptential prblems, wrk interferences r schedule difficulties.
- Maintains the prject’s Daily Jb Diary.
- Evaluate and recmmend apprpriate building and cnstructin materials.
- Ensure cnstructin plans meet guidelines and specificatins f building cdes and ther regulatins.
- Establish, mnitr, maintain and update cnstructin wrk schedules.
- Prepare cntract dcuments and review and evaluate tenders fr cnstructin prjects.
- Respnsible fr Cncrete Take-ffs and mnitring cncrete prgress regarding the structure.

**Qualificatins**:
**Required**:

- Pst-secndary educatin with an Engineering degree r Cnstructin diplma
- Minimum f three (3) years’ f industry experience wrking fr a cnstructin management cmpany, general cntractr r equivalent.
- Previus experience n cmmercial /Industrial/ residential cnstructin building prjects.
- Knwledge f the cnstructin industry and cmpany peratins specifically cnstructin specificatins, building materials, methds, and prcedures.
- Thrugh understanding f cnstructin terminlgy and cnstructin cdes (OBC).
- Technical Savvy - Exceptinal wrking knwledge f Micrsft Office sftware, including Excel, Wrd, and Outlk.
- Well rganized and excellent Site Administratin Management
- Ability t handle pressure and can manage shifting pririties
- Well established cmmunicatin skills with the ability t interact with a diverse grup f teams (subtrades, clients, inspectrs, cnsultants, clleagues, engineers, etc.)

**Desired**:

- Pssess a valid Driver License
- Current and up t date Health & Safety certificatins
- Can be a Safety Leader
- Experience wrking with Prcre and Micrsft SharePint
