About the Role:
At Sleep Country Canada, we're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Delivery Driver/Helper to join our growing team. As a key player on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience by ensuring each delivery ends in a smile.
Why This Role is Important:
- You will be responsible for safely operating our automatic 5-ton trucks, handling and assembling products into customers' homes while following all health and safety procedures, and completing required paperwork for each delivery.
- As a member of our Operations team, you will work together to exceed goals and expectations, providing an excellent customer service experience by delivering our products to each customer's home in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg)
- Ability to work a flexible shift which may include evenings and weekends
- Think quickly and the ability tackle problems
- Experience operating a 5-ton vehicle or larger is considered an asset
- Experience working within a warehouse or delivery environment is considered an asset
