**People Analytics & HR Operations Specialist**

**We will count on you to**:
- Perform confidential research related to Human Resources matters; compile and evaluate data and make recommendations to appropriate individuals
- Create, maintain, and improve insightful reports and robust dashboards to track the progress of people initiatives and provide actionable insights to leaders
- Participate in various talent and operational programs including, but not limited to, performance and talent reviews, diversity & inclusion, job requisition approval and offer processes, external survey submissions, etc.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams (HR Managers, Finance, Workforce Planning & Analysis COE, Talent Acquisition) and support the alignment between the people and business strategies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Support the HR department by aiding with HR reports and presentations for a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Fulfill ad hoc requests for HR information and performs other duties as assigned, including HR Coordinator / HR Generalist duties
**What you need to have**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a professional Human Resources role focusing on HR Analytics, or HR Coordinator / Generalist experience
- A passion for human resources data analytics
- Advanced technical skills across a range of platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, R or Python), and enthusiasm for learning new skills as needed
- Previous experience using Workday / HRIS systems, including extracting and analyzing data
- Proven track record of problem-solving analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to perform data analysis and conduct root cause investigations
- Skilled communicator and able to comfortably switch between in-depth technical discussions to high-level business presentations
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative, discretion, and tact
- Advanced English language fluency
