**Description**:
**Role Purpose**:
To create and deliver a marketing program for Gartner’s sales incentive Winners Circle designed to inspire success. To create and deliver an effective communications program from qualification to post event evaluation, celebrating achievement. Develop and ensure brand standards across the program.

**Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Creation and delivery of a multi-channel marketing plan for Gartner’s Winners Circle Sales Incentive
- Creation and delivery of an effective communications plan, primarily for but not limited to Gartner Winners Circle
- Production of compelling content for delivery across multiple platforms and cultures
- Establishment of effective internal partnerships, especially with Global Sales Communications Team
- Effective management of external partner relationships
- Effective project and timeline management
- Financial accountability for design/print budgets
- Evaluate and expand content to enhance associate experiences at Winners Circle
- Effective management of the Winners Circle brand across multiple platforms including onsite delivery
- Management of the program digital suite including, Website, App, Experience Portals

- Clear and effective communication of Winners Circle program
- Motivate Sales Associates and inspire qualification
- Recognition of Sales Achievement across multiple channels
- An informative and exciting website designed to Celebrate Achievement and Inspire Success
- Effective communication to qualifiers throughout their Winners Circle journey
- Ensure brand standards are met across the entirety of the program

**Professional Experience**:

- 5+ years marketing/communications experience preferably in the events industry
- Experience of the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven creative copywriting skills
- Project and timeline creation and management
- Financial management

**Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies**:

- Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Slides
