WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competition

  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity. Oversee the creation and consistency of all marketing materials across channels

  • Inspire creativity and innovation within the team. Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing talent

  • Lead SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing campaigns. Grow social media presence and manage public relations

  • Create strategies to generate and nurture leads. Use analytics to measure campaign success and align with sales objectives

  • Collaborate with customersupport team to develop retention strategies. Analyze feedback and create programs to build lasting customer relationships

  • Stay updated on industry trends. Prepare for industry events and produce strategic content to establish authority

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a leadership role

  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and its market dynamics is a preference

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create compelling brand messaging

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a marketing team towards achieving high performance

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing

  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry
