**The role: Partnership Manager**
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our busy and dynamic Partnerships, PR & Consumer Engagement team.
**Why we need you**:
You will be responsible for managing and executing agreed partnerships between PokerStars and/or Celebrity engagements, brand partnerships and licencing agreements.
You will ensure the contractual elements are completed and the execution of these agreements are managed internally and externally across the business.
Being the connection between these partnerships and PokerStars requires a variety of duties working with many departments within the organisation and with the partners organisations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Primary stakeholder in managing high priority partnerships ensuring relationships are built and agreements are optimised
- Building and executing against seasonal/annual partnership strategies and plans
- Bake key insights and customer benefits into plans
- Work alongside brand & creative team for media asset delivery and creative integrations
- Work closely with agencies and relevant departments on activities and tactics that support the overarching plan
- Stay up to speed with local compliance and regulation to ensure strategy can be executed according to local rules and regulations
- Execute partnership contracts and ensure all internal departments have what they need from such agreements
- Manage the execution and deliverables from existing and new partnership contracts/agreements, while highlighting any gaps and opportunities to the Director of Partnerships, PR & Consumer Engagement
- Work closely with brand, social, PR and Consumer Engagement teams to deliver high quality assets, activations and campaigns
- Support the hosting of media, influencers, and experience winners during PokerStars’ epic experiential moments
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to offer solutions and strategies in relation to Brand partnerships, endorsements and licencing agreements.
- Manage talent, agents and partners at live events, player experiences, filming shoots and various other elements of contracted requirements
- Support the activation of influencer marketing strategy
- Contract administration and monitoring of existing/new partnership agreements.
- Manage input into measurement framework and report back key results and findings
- Take on special projects / research as directed by the Director of Partnerships
- Budget tracking and reporting
**Who we’re looking for**
You will need an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and organise demanding and changing workloads. Being able to switch between reactive and proactive responsibilities and be a forward thinker who wants to contribute to the overall goals and strategy of the Partnerships, Public Relations & Consumer Engagement department.
You will need experience of executing projects and organising multiple stakeholders.
You should be able to work independently and remote. We’re looking for someone with a good sense of humour, positive attitude and a team player. You’ll need a background in account/project management and key networking abilities to build positive relationships with senior decision makers and partners.
You should be commercially aware and willing to prioritise and balance a demanding workload, together with excellent attention to detail, organisational and presentations skills.
- Experience in working with or alongside multiple departments
- Key organisational skills in managing a variety of stakeholders, timelines and activities
- Ability to lead sessions, request information from stakeholders, and question ‘why’ ensuring we’re staying true to our strategy
- Creativity
- Experience within the gaming industry
- Ability to communicate in another European language (French, Spanish or German).
- Social Media, influencer, and talent experience
