**Job Overview**:
Avid Group is looking for a Fulfillment Account Manager to join our team. The Fulfillment Account Manager is a vital member of our apparel production team, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for a collaborative individual who excels in a dynamic setting and seeks a diverse role in the logistics industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client accounts effectively by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Retrieve customer orders from our system and review them for accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with production, quality control, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Communicate with team members to address any order-related issues or inquiries.
- Participate in warehouse duties as needed such as picking and packing.
- Manage special projects as directed by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Logistics and/or fulfillment experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet order deadlines.
- Excellent communicator
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Technology-savvy
- Familiarity with inventory management software is an asset
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
