**Collingwood Toyota **is a family owned and operated Dealership, consistently achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Our Service Department is looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
**Summary of main duties**:
The Service Appointment Coordinator plays a critical role in growing the business at **Collingwood Toyota.**
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and passionate individuals who can excel in a fast-paced, high performing environment.
- Coordination of customers appointments to fit both the needs of the customers as well as the needs of the dealership.
- Data Management - Accurately review and enter all customers’ appointments, inquiries and/or concerns into the dealership’s software system.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to increase revenues for the services and parts departments.
- Pre-scheduling of dealership services in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and be receptive to new ideas.
- Being a team player and working well with others to achieve objectives.
- Dependability not only to the team, but to our customers.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with a proven track record - show us what you’ve accomplished.
- Experience working in automotive industry, specifically service and parts processes, systems & internal operations is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Timely follow-through, consistency and a getting things done attitude.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
