**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to build strong customer advocates and become a trusted advisor to our clients at every stage of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal.
- Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware issues with technical teams and engineers.
- Proactively engage customers to support and drive adoption and usage of our platform.
- Maintain and leverage all client data and interaction records using internal sales tools (e.g., CRM system).
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, sales channels, and Operations departments to resolve customer issues and manage overall client success.

**Data and Reporting**
- Collaborate with clients to collect, validate, and analyze energy consumption data and utility bills.
- Organize data and continuously prepare and develop various energy savings reports.
- Identify opportunities for specific energy savings measures. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Vendor and Utility Engagement**
- Participate in project management and coordination efforts to successfully implement energy efficiency projects.
- Engage with third-party vendors including utilities to coordinate information requests on behalf of our clients
- Work with our client's energy teams and utility providers to maintain accurate consumption data.
- Communicate findings and recommendations provided by utilities to internal engineering departments

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work independently and within a team environment are necessary.
- Proficiency in data management and the ability to extract, query, and analyze large data sets is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, sales, or related role is needed.
- 1-2 years of experience performing data analysis is required.
- Knowledge of energy management principles including CEM certification is strongly preferred.
