- Resolve customer issues: A Virtual Chat Assistant must be able to resolve customer issues, such as billing disputes, product returns, or technical difficulties.
- Maintain accurate records: A Virtual Chat Assistant must maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact information, issue resolution, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with other team members: A Virtual Chat Assistant may be required to collaborate with other team members, such as supervisors or technical support, to resolve customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge: A Virtual Chat Assistant must stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge, and be able to communicate changes or updates to customers as required.
- Meet performance targets: A Virtual Chat Assistant must meet performance targets, such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
