Policy Issuance Analyst

**Opportunity**

We are looking for an energetic and customer focused individual to join our team as Broker Support in the role of Policy Issuance Analyst. You will be an integral member of our Policy Issuance team as they work to process new business policies on multiple insurance company portals. This is a full time salaried position and this role will be expected to meet or exceed daily targets. The primary responsibility will be issuance of policies.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**

Upload New Business policies accurately through our BMS or Insurer portals

Cooperate with Sales and Service broker teams to ensure submission thresholds are met

Work with internal and external underwriters when required to properly assess and issue policies

Work on special projects as assigned (training, trouble shooting, etc.).

**Education and Experience**

Completion of high school education or GED

**Required Qualifications**

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Critical thinking, active learning and decision making skills

Self-motivated with an ambition to outperform

Excellent computer skills including database management and MS office

Strong commitment to teamwork

Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail

Fluent in English

Must be organized, able to multi-task and have work under pressure with tight deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $36,600.00 per year
