Serving as a member of our Student Support team in a non-unionized capacity, the Behaviour Analyst will be responsible for representing the Board and collaborating with community partners.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

- Create and facilitate ongoing learning for staff at all levels;
- Provide training and coordination at the school and Board level in order to build capacity in the system and to enhance collaborative cooperation between service providers and schools;
- Provide supervision to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) clinicians and/or educators on conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing Behaviour Support Plans, and Safety Plans;
- Create and facilitate formal and informal professional development opportunities on various topics in ABA.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Master’s degree with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis;
- In good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board;
- Experience providing supervision to ABA clinicians and/or educators on conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing Behaviour Support Plans, and Safety Plans;
- Experience providing and facilitating adult learning and training;
- Experience working with neurodiverse children and youth;
- Knowledge of the elementary and secondary education system in Ontario;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Access to own vehicle for travel between sites.

This is a full-time temporary position.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

LOCATION: Based out of the Catholic Education Centre in Welland, ON with travel to an area of schools

SALARY RANGE: $83,887.39 - $93,208.21
