**About the Emergency Health I&IT Solutions & Technology Management Branch**:
The Emergency Health I&IT Solutions & Technology Management Branch (EHSTM) is dedicated to developing, maintaining, and modernizing IT solutions for the Hospitals & Emergency Services Division, Paramedic Services, and Hospitals. Our key responsibilities include:
- Managing land ambulance dispatch systems for better-connected healthcare and seamless integration.
- Leading security operations, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and technology management.
- Representing the Ministry's interests in IT enterprise initiatives and services.

**Deliver on Business Goals and Priorities**
Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team towards the achievement of its business goals. You will contribute to the achievement of team goals by:
- _ Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of 7-8 DevOps specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability._
- _ Defining and aligning client I&IT systems requirements with tailored solutions to address complex and evolving business and operational needs._
- _ Directing end-to-end project planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery._
- _ Guiding systems design, development, and implementation to enhance Ontario's emergency health services through reliable, scalable technology._
- _ Building and sustaining strong partnerships with ministry clients, emergency services, and external vendors to align technology strategies with Ontario's health and emergency response priorities._
