**Job Title**

Client Services Operations Representative

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Provide clerical and administrative support by processing all reports, client requests and member changes such as adds/changes/waiver/salary/class/terminations all within SLA
- Provide support to Account Specialists, internal partners, and suppliers for clarifications/processing that are outside of the norm requests
- Scanning/filing (electronic or paper) of any necessary documentation and preparing for any necessary follow-up
- Monitor audit and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities and close service delivery gaps
- Escalate issues of concern to the manager for resolution or action

**What will you need to succeed?**

Must have
- Strong decision making, analytical and problem solving skills
- Well developed and demonstrated conflict resolution skills
- Capable of delivering information to partners, management and staff
- Demonstrated change management and collaboration capabilities
- Multitasking skills
- Superior knowledge of Excel and Word

Nice to have
- Knowledge of Life and Health products for Group and GSI
- Knowledge of multiple RBCI and supplier systems
- Working knowledge of RBC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Bilingual (English/French)
