**Job Title**
Client Services Operations Representative (Contract)
**What is the opportunity?**
As an Administration Support Specialist you will provide day-to-day support for our Group and Guarantee Standard Issue (GSI) agents and staff in reference to our Service Level Agreement (SLAs), our compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring quality via high volume processing, reports, online monitoring and any assigned tasks.
**What will you do?**
- Provide ongoing maintenance by processing all member changes or client requests such as adds/changes/waiver/salary/class/terminations etc. all within SLA
- Process On Demand and any other report-based work daily as assigned
- Manage incoming workflow, tracking and support workflow backup when required and electronic filing of any necessary documentation and preparing for any necessary follow-up
- Provide support to Account Specialists, internal partners, and Suppliers for clarifications/processing that are outside of the norm requests
- Monitor audit and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements and escalate issues of concern to manager for resolution or action
**What will you need to succeed?**
Must Have:
- Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong decision making, analytical and problem solving skills
- Well developed and demonstrated conflict resolution skills
- Capable of delivering information to partners, management and staff
- Multitasking skills
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Life and Health products for Group and GSI
- Knowledge of multiple RBCI and supplier systems
- Expert knowledge and understanding of processes
- Working knowledge of RBC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated change management and collaboration capabilities
- Post-secondary education
**Special Conditions**
Please note this is a 12 to 18 month contract.

**Job Summary**
Provides first line of support and problem resolution for selected products and services. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.
