Client Representative

**What is the opportunity?**_ _**

In this role, you will be the client’s primary point of contact for all day-to-day Clients related operational queries, liaising internally with various operational teams to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.

**What will you do?**
- Point of contact for servicing our clients and their agents regarding Pension Benefits.
- Provides critical support for all day-to-day Clients related operational issues & Pension Benefits queries
- Answering all Clients Pension Benefits enquires as experts in their field
- Understanding of client processing
- Direct liaison with other operational teams to resolve daily operational issues
- Understanding of customer expectations and satisfactions levels

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Industry related courses
- Client service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients and internal
- Organizational & time management skills

**Nice-to-have**
- University degree
- Investor service operations experience
- Understanding of Risk Management & Compliance requirements relating to KYC & AML
