Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Learning Delivery Specialist on a temporary basis (up to 18 months) within our Learning and Development team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide ongoing support to the Learning and Development team on preparation and learning content design of various initiatives across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
- Develop and facilitate learning and development workshops for team members across the CRS, either through virtual online platforms or in-person.
- For in-person workshops you will plan, coordinate, and organize off-site workshop locations for groups ranging in participant size (ex. travel arrangements, facility rental, catering).
- Monitor events to ensure minimum participant levels and perform post workshop follow-up administration (ex. evaluations, expenses).
- Collaborate with the internal Learning Design Specialists as required through the development process of training deliverables.
- Occasional event setup on the Learning Management System.

You will work closely with the People & Culture team and will report into the HR Specialist, Learning and Development. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, relationship building and support.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

- Have 1-3 years of experience within HR or learning and development (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have a Bachelors Degree, preference in Commerce/Human Resources.
- Are comfortable with technology based learning.
- Have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and use discretion and tact to address potentially difficult or sensitive learner situations.
- Have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel on occasion to facilitate in-person workshops (approx. 10-20% annually).
- Have the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities.
