**Job Description: Office Manager**

**Position Summary**:
The Office Manager is responsible for managing all company policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices. This is to ensure company adherence with the company core values, goals, philosophy and overall business strategy. The position also requires forward thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement and process development.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Promoting company core values and mission statement;
- Implementing, developing and measuring success of business philosophy;
- Managing the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures;
- Supporting senior management team;
- Coordinate with external resources on maintaining and updating company’s website and social media;
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events;
- Providing regular reports on company status and progress;
- Arranging and attending senior management team meetings;
- Arranging staff monthly or as required meetings;
- Administrative staff supervision;
- Ensuring company business systems are efficient and current;
- Maintain company good standing with key organizations including ISNetworld and Complyworks.
- Ensuring all documentation and records are securely maintained and controlled;
- Implement initiatives to support performance improvement throughout the organization;
- Ensuring regulatory, environmental and health and safety standards are followed;
- Ensure health and safety resources are made available to all employees.
- Ensuring all employees have scheduled performance reviews;
- Managing the recruitment process for all new hires;
- Ensure all new employees are provided with appropriate orientation and training;
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office environment, 3 of which were a management role;
- Excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multi‐task;
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to use management and database systems;
- Outgoing and team player.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
