Corporate Affairs Intern — Public Relations, Social Media, Community Engagement and Internal Communications

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program, you will have the opportunity to support Corporate and Disease State Communications.
The Intern will work as part of the Corporate Affairs team. The responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Edit and develop digital content for internal and external channels including creating copy, designing social media assets, producing videos and adapting corporate materials
- Support corporate social media and digital strategy
- Coordinate logistics for all-staff meetings, both in person and virtual
- Liaise with community organizations to coordinate company engagement and staff volunteering

**Basic Qualifications**
- 18 years or older
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master’s program for a Master’s internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D. for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Master’s OR Pharm D OR Ph.D. program before the internship starts
- Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
- Student must be located in Canada for the duration of the internship
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree concentration(s) in Public Relations
- Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite software including Outlook
- Strong capabilities with social media platforms
- Be a strong team player and able to build productive internal/external relationships
- Flexible and adaptable and willing to participate in a variety of projects
- Be a self-motivator to achieve results with attention to detail
- Excel at written and oral communication
