Business Analyst Intern for Patient Support Services

Description:

As a Business Analyst Intern for Patient Support Services at McKesson's Corporate, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing patient support programs, and providing support to the team during meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Assist in the development and implementation of patient support programs and navigation services, gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Meetings and Brainstorming:
    Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new initiatives, providing insights and suggestions based on data analysis to drive new projects and initiatives.
  • Database Management:
    Help maintain and update internal databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and updates.
  • Modeling and Analytical Reports:
    Assist in designing and developing models and analytical reports to evaluate and track current state operations and simulate future state operations to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation:

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson's Corporate, including a base pay range of $17.69 - $27.74.
