**We are looking for a treatment coordinator to support our doctor at our new building because Perio Partners is growing**

The office is open Monday to Friday, **Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays we close at 3:00 pm** and **Mondays and Wednesdays we close at 6:00 pm.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Audit the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities
- Optimize the schedule to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact
- Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
- Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested
- Gather and accurately record patients' medical, personal, and insurance information; ensure this information remains current for existing patients
- Accurately file patient information, ensuring that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Manage inactive patient systems
- Track and process surgical pre-determinations
- Continuously follow up on unscheduled surgery list
- Coordinate surgery with other specialists
- Compose medical letters including referral and update letters

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **A minimum of two years previous dental administration experience is required**:

- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- Ability to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other team members, and the community; a team player
- Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience
- Ability to multitask while seeing and understanding the big-picture when making decisions
- Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements
- Constantly striving for improved customer care and service
- K**nowledge of Cleardent software is ideal
