**The Opportunity**:
As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a problem-solver with exceptional communication skills who thrives in a positive environment. You are energized by moving things along, keeping the team organized, and having your finger on the pulse. Your previous experience includes supporting Senior Management in an Executive Assistant capacity and handling a wide variety of duties with differing levels of sensitivity. Your superpower includes being an exceptional gatekeeper who can think on their feet, coordinate activities across all levels of the firm, and keep senior management organized and on track.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing meeting agendas, presentation decks, and other collateral as needed
- General office management such as maintaining office supplies, ensuring the office remains well-organized and tidy, coordinating with cleaners, and reaching out to HR and IT consultants as needed
- Administrative support such as organizing engagement files, copying materials for meetings, binding presentation decks, and other similar tasks as needed
- CRM management - inputting new information, updating existing information, and ensuring compliance from team members
- Communicating key messages to all members of the firm (ie. holiday schedule, new client updates, team events, etc.)
- Hold team accountable for key deliverables and action items as noted during leadership meetings

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- A self-starter who has advanced problem-solving skills and is able to multi-task
- Highly organized and energetic individual with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
