**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:

- **Manage client Facebook and Instagram accounts from concept to execution**. Meet/communicate with social media clients. Recommend/determine client objectives for social media, and develop/implement client strategies/calendars to achieve selected objectives. Create and/or curate all posts (including any needed research, graphic design and copywriting) to attract and retain a relevant and active audience. Take occasional on-site photography at client locations when needed. Implement paid social media campaigns and monitor/report on key performance indicators. Maintain a strong understanding of client target audiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media. Also manage the agency's social media accounts.
- **Plan, implement, manage and optimize client Google Ads accounts. **Meet/communicate with Google Ads clients. Develop and execute comprehensive ads strategies to achieve client marketing objectives. Conduct thorough keyword research and create targeted ad groups. Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns while adhering to budget allocations and performance targets. Write compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives. Implement advanced targeting options. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Provide and interpret reports for clients. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging features in Google Ads. Also manage the agency's Google Ads accounts.
- **Manage & implement all client Search Engine Optimization/Content Strategy needs and campaigns. **Assist in the creation of developing SEO & Content packages/plans to offer clients. Conduct client keyword research, and integrate into website content and page elements. Work with developers to optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking. Work with tools to create SEO-friendly, high-quality content for websites pages and/or blogs. Conduct technical SEO audits. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority, acquire high-quality backlinks, and enhance off-page optimization. Provide reports on key metrics to clients. Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes. Also manage SEO and blog content for the agency.
- **Execute Graphic Design work. **Assist the Creative Manager with graphic design when needed. Design website layouts, banners, logos, print materials, brochures, business cards and other materials.
- **Other Duties. **Engage in our team meetings to provide updates on work and communicate issues and ideas. Interpret/set up Google Analytics metrics when requested/needed. Use our company systems to keep track of time spent on projects, record tasks, communicate with other team members, and more. Assist the President in select client sales meetings and with proposals as requested. Perform other duties as assigned by the President.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Proficiency & experience with creating content for and managing/strategizing Facebook and Instagram accounts, ideally for clients in an agency setting
- Proficiency & experience managing paid social media campaigns using the Meta/Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with social media scheduling systems
- Proficiency & experience managing/working on Google Ads accounts, and an understanding of all key metrics and measurement objectives
- Good writing skills and a good command of the English language
- A solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO tactics/strategies, and how to implement them
- A good command of graphic design using Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience and proficiency using and interpreting Google Analytics
- Some basic WordPress skills
- Diligence and a keen attention to detail
- Display of integrity and a positive attitude at all times
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision
- A willingness to shift from task to task with short notice and/or when priorities change

**EDUCATION**:

- A University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Facebook Blueprint certification preferred

**JOB SETTING**:
You will be required to provide your own hardware (computer, phone) and internet connection. All software and online system/tools/apps will be provided by the company.

**WORKING DAYS AND HOURS**:
This is a full time, permanent, salaried position consisting of 40 hours per week. Your regular working days/hours will be Monday to Friday during business hours, but some rare exceptions to this can occur (for instance, when clients require that a meeting be outside of office hours, or social media cove
