With 140 successful years in the industry, Krug is well recognized as a leader in the design & manufacture of high-quality business and healthcare furniture. We have an immediate need for an Office Clerk at our Distribution division in Kitchener. Day Shift, Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Distributes sales resources as requested by the field or internally.
- Maintains a current catalogue registration list on Excel, updating information regularly.
- Assists the Sales and Marketing departments with overflow assignments particularly in the event of trade shows and factory visits.
- Keeps an up-to-date inventory of all sales resources.
- Sends out packages by UPS and Fed Ex & Truck daily.
- Communication with Reps, Dealers, Customers via Phone, Fax, E-mail, web link.
- Tracking of all literature orders in Excel.
- Works with Marketing to maintain wood samples and literature orders.
- Perform all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Krug’s Quality Assurance procedures.
- Responsible for Tuesday and Friday US load planning.
- Building trucks, printing of load sheets.
- Sending load sheets to carrier.
- Daily following of orders for loading along with follow-up with CSR’S and Manufacturing on order status.
- Provide crating sheets for distribution along with printing new labels for crated products.
- Download, name and record crating photos.
- Download, name and record inbound truck shipment photos.
- Backup for distribution. FedEx..

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Grade 12 diploma.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
