To continue to support the work that we do, the Agency is looking for a full-time Document Imaging Clerk to join our team.

The Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for processing/digitizing paper and electronic documents and inputting the information into the Agency’s data management systems.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Secondary School diploma
- One to three years’ experience working in a position involving data entry and records
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Computer literacy including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software packages
- Demonstrated ability to attend to detail
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

**Salary Range**:
$36,743.99 - $44,145.90 per annum (October 1, 2024)

Office and Clerical - Grade 3
