Real Estate Sales Specialist

Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Associates to join us We want to help YOU build your career We pride ourselves on providing proven systems to our agents that will ensure their success. This rewarding, full-time position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to do what they love, which is helping clients find and buy the home of their dreams
**Compensation**:
$50,000 - $250,000+ yearly
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
**Qualifications**:
- Great communication and social skills
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Compliance with local and regional requirements
