**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Aid in producing and distributing correspondence, letters, faxes, and forms to managers/ venues
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system, both digital and manual
- Order office supplies
- Handle multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures
- Assist in photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Conduct data entry

**Note**

This position is office based at the Legendary Hospitality Group Head Office.

**Required Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as demanded by access to sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to adapt, prioritize and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

**Assets**
- 2 years Administrative experience an asset
- Experience with payroll related administration an asset
