**Job description**

**The Niagara Falls Canada Hotel Association **is looking for a part time dynamic administrative professional to handle all office functions. The tasks include:

- develop and manage a filing system --compose letters --create compelling reports and presentations with powerpoint and excel --some AP/AR coordination with bookkeeper --research information --attend meetings and take board meeting minutes --answer member inquiries, and be an ambassador for the association

You should be a brilliant communicator, (written and verbal) and good with numbers, and have strong organizational skills; and consider yourself to be great with power point; excel and word, with at least five years of administrative assistant experience

**Job Type**: Part-time, independent contractor
- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Part-time hours: 24 per week
