JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day facilities operations in order to provide a safe, cleaned, well-maintained, sustainable, and efficient workplace to the teams-
- Coordinate CAPEX projects of office renovations throughout the project management life cycle, covering such as project goals, scope, resources, risk, communication, schedule, cost, change, and quality, delivering them on time, within budget, meeting stakeholders’ expectations, and assuring to address the business strategy-
- Designated buyer for many office services products on National bases (postage equipment, business cards, etc.)-
- Assist in the development and management the annual operating budgets-
- Part of health and safety committee ensuring all staff are trained in and familiar with health, safety and emergency procedures-
- Lead Facilities contractors/vendors clarifying such as expectations, service level agreement, requirements and deliverables, plus monitoring their performance and managing payment and documentation, together with making sure the goals are met with the expected quality-
- Act as point of contact with site occupants, property management/ Landlords to coordinate FM activities and ensure company needs are met- JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in property or facility management-
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders-
- Strong planning and organizational skills-
- Solid leadership skills-
- The ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment-
