**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all food and pastry production, including restaurant offerings, banquet functions, and other outlets.
- Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager and CEO.
- Supervise kitchen production and staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Plan and monitor food and labor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless food production and service.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional cooking skills with a passion for culinary innovation.
- Proven experience in menu planning, budget management, and staff supervision.
- Food safety certification and knowledge of sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform various physical tasks.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a hot, humid, and noisy kitchen environment.
