Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our winning sales team where you will have a chance to innovate, grow and do what really matters. Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager, this Inside Sales Role is focused on the retention of our existing Wireless customer base. This role is based in Vancouver or Calgary and will be office based. Some travel to customers may be required, although it is primarily an inside sales role.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Renewing wireless agreements with our existing customer base which are assigned to you.
- Establish, maintain and cultivate profitable relationships with our Business Accounts in order to retain their business and find upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with Outbound sales team to hand off large upsell opportunities, when identified.
- Accountable to plan out strategy for maintaining a minimum number of renewed contracts per month in your territory.
- Manage full cycle of the renewal process from initial call to customer, develop pricing proposal, present options and negotiate with customer to gain agreement to sign a contract.
- Demonstrate the ability to positively influence customers (propose options/solutions)
- Leverage strong account management and closing skills, to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals as well as other defined sales objectives.
- Document and update saleforce daily to support the long-term management of our customers.
- Employ a consultative, needs-based sales approach to provide solutions to customers.
- Work closely with the support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new wireless pricing and hardware upgrades for customers.
- Hours of Work: 8:30 - 4:30 pm Generally, Monday through Friday. Additional hours when required.
- Weekly coaching sessions with the Regional Sales Leader are provided to support growth and development, as well as develop territory strategy
**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent. University Degree is an asset
- 2-4 years of B2B experience and/or sales experience and/or telecommunications experience required.
- Small & Medium business sales experience, with focus in wireless sales and an interest in developing your knowledge further within telecommunications. (IOT, wireline, VOIP, Cloud services etc)
- Possess advanced productivity tools knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, salesforce, Internet search, LinkedIn)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that translates well in person and on the phone
- Upbeat, self-motivated, positive, tenacious team player who is a fast learner, detail oriented, and possesses the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Superior presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent research skills with strong analytical and problem solving ability required
- Proven ability to develop, foster and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Experience working in a metrics based organization with a track record in achieving and succeeding goals.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
